I’m a technical Food consultant for ethical, plant-based businesses.



I spent over a decade as a Food Technologist and Sensory Analyst in the organic and natural food industry, where I created new product categories for a well-known vegan consumer packaged foods company.

My superpower is strategy for plant-based dairy alternatives from the idea phase all the way to the shelf. Troubleshooting the technical and processing issues along the way is where I really love to help.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me hosting and producing over at the Food Heroes Podcast, where I interview innovators who are creating positive change in the world with oh-so-delicious food.
